Born and raised in Asia, massage and bodywork have always been a part of my life. As a Core Power Yoga's certified yoga teacher and proud licensed massage therapist, I've worked hard for a long time to learn how to properly use and care for my body. Now I want to share what I've learned in order to better the lives of others.I earned an associate degree in Holistic Health with 1,000 hours of LMT education including a variety of both Eastern and Western massage modalities.I am grateful for the relationship with every client I meet through my session and will walk with you on your self-care journey.

I will provide you with a free consultation about the cause of your problem and my treatment plan.Through my bodywork session, I will work with you to solve your problems through three steps; [1] Identify the root of the problem [2] Deep, focused bodywork session [3] Education and Interpersonal Coaching2) If you are looking for a deep relaxation massage for stress relief and physical, mental rejuvenation, I offer a full body, oil massage that will completely relax your entire body.I use BIOTONE revitalizing oil and will manage an ideal balance of firm pressure and circulatory mellow strokes with a comfortable temperature, freshly laundered sheets, mood lightening, and relaxing music.
